Backups and restore

Plans with backups get a daily backup at 03:00 UTC; the last 7 are kept off-site.

• Open the database → Backups to see them and download one (links work for 15 minutes).
• To restore, press Request a restore and tell us which backup — we restore it for you.

One-click apps and GitHub apps store their data in volumes on the server; keep your own copies of anything important (for example via the app's export function).

When a service is deleted (cancelled or unpaid), its data is deleted too. Download what you need first.
