• If we cannot deliver a service you paid for (for example a location is full), the amount is credited to your account balance.
• Overpayments are credited to your balance automatically. Underpayments are reviewed by our team.
• Cancelling stops renewal; the current period is not refunded.
• Balance credit can be used for any service and does not expire [unless stated otherwise].
